Processing time

We do our best to process all orders within 2-5 business days. Many of our items are made to order, so processing times may vary during holidays, sales and any periods of high order volume.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3 - 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1 - 3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can work towards a resolution.
