We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns

Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please review all sizing charts and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be our error. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Cancellations

We unfortunately do not accept cancellations.
